This package was designed to help you navigate established brands through change. Some examples of changes can include a second generation owner, pivoting into a new market space, recent bad press, or simply an update for the modern world.
In this session, we will review your product or service as well as explore your vision and purpose for your brand. We start here, because it’s important that your brand is a reflection of YOUR VISION. We also combine several proprietary assessments and interviews to ensure we have a holistic view of the project. This session is also used to determine whether a soft re brand or a total re brand is recommended.
We will review your current identity and brand strength, and combine it with market research and a competitive analysis and present recommendations for changes.
VISUAL BRANDING SESSION
This session evaluates logos, fonts, websites, packaging, store front, and any other visual collateral pieces with designer Ian Friedel and begin work on either new pieces or updated pieces.
BRAND POSITION SESSION
In this phase, we create key areas of distinction that will help your brand stand out. From determining ideal markets to “standard features”, here is where we fill in all the brand gaps. When needed, we will also bring in our financial consultant to assist with pricing.
BRAND CULTURE SESSION
In this session, we identify key action items and habits that will be incorporated into the daily routines and standard operating procedures. We will develop KPIs and tools to ensure the service to both customers and team stay on brand. Then, we host a company-wide or leadership -wide brand reveal and training workshop.
MARKET STRATEGY SESSION
The final session is to review an updated marketing strategy. From Social Media to sales sheets and proposals, this is a guide meant to showcase your new or updated brand and build renewed interest.
In this session, we wrap up our project and present clients with a digital and bound brand guide book and style guide.
