In this session, we will review your organization as a whole as well as explore your vision and purpose for your brand. We start here, because it’s important that your brand culture is a reflection of YOUR VISION. We also combine several proprietary assessments and interviews to ensure we have a holistic view of the project.
We will review your current identity and brand strength, and combine it with market research and a competitive analysis and present recommended updates.
BRAND CULTURE PHASE #1
In this session, we conduct and review customer and team surveys, shadow team members and walk through the customer process, to gain a clear understanding of the experience.
BRAND CULTURE PHASE #2
In this session, we identify key action items and habits that will be incorporated into the daily routines and standard operating procedures. We will develop KPIs and tools to ensure the service to both customers and team stay on brand.
BRAND CULTURE PHASE #3
We host a company-wide or leadership -wide brand reveal and training workshop and work with HR personnel to incorporate new measures into on-boarding process and material.
MARKET STRATEGY PHASE
The final session is to provide strategy for messaging both in ads/marketing and in recruiting, to be sure your organization is leading with strong brand culture right from the start.
In this session, we wrap up our project and present clients with a digital copy of all materials and tools for the project as well as a brand culture guide.
